How to delete a client
As a lab, you can delete a practice you no longer need from your client list.
Open Clients in the navigation bar.
In the client list, click the practice you want to remove to expand its card (arrow icon on the left).
Click the trash icon in the top right of the card.
Confirm the dialog to complete the deletion.
Important: Existing orders remain after deletion. The practice account also remains, but the practice can no longer send you new orders.
