Add a practitioner to a practice

Learn how to add another practitioner from your lab to an existing practice.

How to add a practitioner to a practice

  1. Open Clients in the navigation bar.

  2. Find the practice you want in the client list.

  3. Click the user icon (person with a plus sign) on the right next to the practice.

  4. Enter the practitioner's Title, First Name and Last Name in the form.

  5. Click Create user — the practitioner is added to the practice.

Note: The user icon is only visible for practices whose invitation is still pending or has not yet been accepted.

Important: Additional practitioners only receive a login once the practice has activated its account and invited team members by email under Settings → Team.


The user icon is no longer visible — what should I do?

If no user icon appears next to a practice, the practice has already accepted the invitation (status: Active). In this case, the lab can no longer add another practitioner directly.

The practice must add the practitioner themselves through their own settings.
