Important: Crownbeam does not send invoices by email — not even to your company’s office email. You access invoices exclusively in your account, as described below. There is no email address for invoice delivery in Crownbeam.
How to download an invoice
Log in to your Crownbeam account.
Open the Settings via the gear icon in the top right.
On the left side under My Business, click Billing Portal.
Select the payment you want.
Download the invoice via the download button.
How to change your payment details
You’ll also find your payment details under Settings → My Business → Billing Portal. There you have two options:
Open the Settings via the gear icon in the top right.
Under My Business, click Billing Portal.
Choose one of the two options:
Add payment method — to add a new credit card or bank account.
Update billing information — to change your billing address, company name, or other billing details.
Note: You also need admin rights to change payment details.
