Possible causes

The order is hidden by the status filter

The most common reason an order doesn't appear in the dashboard is the status filter. The All Orders dashboard shows only orders in certain statuses by default — completed orders, for example, are hidden.

How to fix it:

  1. In the dashboard, click the filter icon next to the Status column header.

  2. Check which statuses are currently filtered active.

  3. Enable the missing status — for example Completed — to show these orders again.

Tip: If you can't find an order, it's usually the status filter — not the date. Orders with a future shipping or treatment date appear in the dashboard as long as their status isn't filtered out.

The next appointment-sequence step isn't due yet

Regular orders appear in the dashboard regardless of date — even if the shipping or treatment date is in the future. But this doesn't apply to appointment-sequence steps: for orders with appointment sequences, the dashboard only ever shows the currently due step. Future steps of the sequence don't appear there. This is intentional, since future steps can still change and aren't yet considered final. Important: the next step does not appear on its own once its date is reached. You create it yourself — see the callout below.

Important: how to trigger the next appointment step

In an appointment sequence, the next step is not created automatically. The order must first be in the In-Delivery status. There are two ways to get there:

  • Click the pencil icon next to the status and select In-Delivery.

  • Or work through the status flow: download the Delivery Note (the status changes to Preparing Shipment), then Confirm shipping.

Once the order is In-Delivery, the Next Appointment button appears in the top right. Click it, then click Create follow-up Order — the order moves to the next step of the sequence. The follow-up order starts in the Accepted status and then runs through the same status flow as the first step.

How to find all the steps anyway:

  1. Open the order directly via Home → click the order.

  2. Click the All tab at the top — there you'll see all appointment steps of the sequence at a glance, including future ones.

Note: You'll find appointments from a sequence that have already passed in the dashboard behind the two-rings icon.

FAQs

Why don't I see an order in the dashboard even though it exists?

The most common reason is the status filter. The dashboard only shows orders in the actively filtered statuses. Click the filter icon next to the status column and check whether the order's status is currently shown — for example, Completed is often hidden by default.

Why does only one step of my appointment sequence appear in the dashboard?

For appointment sequences, the dashboard always shows only the currently due step. Future steps only appear once their date is reached. You can see all steps at once in the order under the All tab.

Where do I see past appointment-sequence steps?

You'll find already-completed steps of an appointment sequence in the dashboard behind the two-rings icon, or directly in the order under the All tab.

My order shows as overdue even though the next appointment is later. Why?

The dashboard checks the shipping date of the current step. If that date has passed, the order is shown in red as overdue — even if the next step of the sequence is still in the future. The flag disappears once you complete the current step and create the follow-up order via Next Appointment.
