Add indications to the product catalog

  1. Click Product Catalog in the top navigation bar.

  2. Select an existing catalog from the Product catalogs dropdown menu — or go to Create empty product catalog, enter a name, and confirm with Create.

  3. Optionally, you can set the selected product catalog as default by clicking the grayed-out checkmark icon on the left.

  4. Navigate to the product category you want (e.g. Crowns and Bridges) and then select the material (e.g. Zirconia).

  5. Scroll to the indication you want (e.g. crown) and variant (e.g. Stained and glazed) and toggle Offer switch.

  6. Enter the production time for Analog and/or Digital.

  7. Optionally add prices and decide whether they should be visible to clients.

  8. Click the save icon on the right.

Note: The production time is a minimum value — practices can't select an earlier date than this timeframe allows when ordering. This is intentional, to prevent unrealistically tight deadlines. If you'd also like to offer an express option for certain indications, you can additionally set express times.

How to assign a product catalog to a practice

Each practice only sees the indications that are enabled in its assigned catalog when ordering. By default, the catalog set as default applies to all practices — but you can also assign an individual catalog to specific practices.

  1. In the Product Catalog section, open the catalog you want to assign.

  2. Scroll down to the Assign this product catalog to specific clients section.

  3. Check the checkbox for the practice you want — the catalog is active immediately.

Tip: If you don't assign an individual catalog to a practice, it automatically sees the default catalog — see step 3 above.

Set up express times

For indications you'd also like to offer as an express option, you can enter a shorter express time in the product catalog in addition to the standard production time. Practices then see both options when ordering and can choose for themselves.

How to enable the express option:

  1. Open the category you want in the Product Catalog.

  2. Enable the Show options for Express delivery checkbox in the top right.

  3. Additional fields for the express time now appear on the indications — enter the shorter production time you want there.

  4. Click the save icon.

FAQs

Can I add my own custom indications to the product catalog?

Yes, you can request custom indications from support via the request form.

Why can't practices select an earlier date than my production time?

The production time in the catalog acts as a minimum value — it protects against practices booking dates you can't realistically meet. If you'd like to deliver earlier in exceptional cases, the practice can ask you directly via the chat in the order. You then decide whether you can offer the earlier delivery.

What do I do if a practice needs an earlier date as an exception?

The practice can ask via the chat in the order whether you can also manage an earlier completion date. You then decide yourself whether and when you can offer that. If you take on express orders more often, it's worth setting up express times in the product catalog for it.

Can I add notes or additional questions for the practice on individual indications?

Yes. Via Indication remarks in the product catalog, you can add a note to any indication that's shown to the practice while configuring the order — for example, a request to specify the implant system. More on this in Indication remarks in the product catalog.
