How to set up your notifications
Open the Settings via the gear icon in the top right.
Under My Account, select Notifications.
Enable Email notifications by checking the Enable box.
Choose which events you want to be notified about:
Send notification on status change
Send notification on new chat message
For SMS notifications: First add your mobile number under My Account → User Details, then you can enable SMS notifications. → [Edit your business details]
Important: If the Enable box isn't checked, no email notifications are sent — even if the detailed settings are active.
Note: Email notifications are sent to the email address stored in your user details.
FAQs
I'm not receiving email notifications — what should I do?
Check whether the Enable box is checked under Email notifications. Without this enabled, no notifications are sent.
